James C. Bellville, age 62, of Holland passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 23, 2016 in Indiana.
James was born to Dornace and Marie Bellville on May 31, 1953 in West Branch, MI. He served in the Army as well as in the Army Reserve. He was an electrician with Consumers Power for many years, but more recently drove a truck for XPO Express.
James was preceded in death by his parents as well as by his twin brother, John Robert Bellville, who died three days after they were born.
James is survived by his wife Susan; his children: John Bellville and Rebecca (Ryan) VanderMeulen; and his grandson Jacob VanderMeulen. Also surviving are his siblings: Brian (Nancy) Bellville; Terry (Joyce) Bellville; William (Joanne) Bellville; Ann (Leland) Osborne; Beverly (Dean) Wilkening; Susan (Peter) Bovan; Barbara (Arlen) Katterman; and A. Ted Bellville; mother-in-law Genevieve Vrombaut; in-laws Mary (Michael) Crapnell; Thomas (Janice) Vrombaut; and James (Mary) Vrombaut; as well as many nieces and nephews.
The family will be receiving visitors on Thursday, January 28, 2016 from 4-7 p.m. at the Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E. 16th St. Holland, MI 49423. Interment will take place on Friday at Fort Custer National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the Red Cross of Ottawa County, 270 James St. Holland, MI 49424, or to Boy Scouts of America.
