I'm sorry for your lost but smile to think of Jesus and my dad (Tim)welcoming Bernie and Fran to Heaven! They were such unique and special couple with a passion for the stranger and foreigner. They will be missed.

Reverend Woudenberg made a significant impact on my life and I'm in his debt for all the attention and effort that he made to ensure that I grew up to be a person that could be relied on. He was a pivotal presence and my only regret is that I did not express my gratitude to him in person. He will be revered in my memory as the person that saved my life. Thank you Reverend.

We loved Rev and Fran very much, will miss them! For I reckon the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Romans 8:18 (this text was used for his last sermon as a full time pastor, at Kalamazoo PRC, September 27, 1996) Love, Jeff and Barb Steenholdt
