Linda will be greatly missed. She was a huge part of our daughter Kyle's life. Kyle was sad to see Linda leave Calvin Christian just in time for her senior year. You two are together in Heaven laughing as you did here on Earth. Missing you, always and forever.

Keeping you all close in our prayers as you mourn the loss of Linda's physical presence in your lives. The photo tribute was beautiful to watch and hear the words that in Christ alone she /we stand and are His as her testimony. We rejoice that she is with Him but He is also with you all. Praising the Lord that He never leaves us or forsakes us.

Dave and family,
I enjoyed getting to know Linda. We met each other while both attending Ramblewood doing classes together and then over coffee after class. We enjoyed sharing recipes and book titles and many other topics of conversation. Her love of God and family and country was an inspiration to all around the table after class.
Then after her diagnosis, she was such an inspiration to me. She never gave in self pity, but was always upbeat and had a good sense of humor. I will miss her at our coffee table at the gym once this Covid deal is over.

I am so devastated to hear of Mrs. Weemhoff's passing. She was my saving grace in high school and is the reason I made it through. I genuinely enjoyed my time getting to know her at CCHS and I will forever be grateful for her. I had no confidence in myself and she never gave up on me. She was a beautiful soul who cared so much for her students. Sending love to all! I am so sorry.

Mrs. Weemhoff was a great teacher. I loved her warm and friendly personality. She had such a sweet smile and a kind heart. She was a very big help to me while I was at CCHS. I remember one time I accidentally popped one of the yoga balls in her classroom and she didn't get mad. I want to let her family know that she was a special lady in my life. I will pray for you to feel God's comfort and peace.

Dave, our early morning class will never be the same without our dear Linda. She is probably the strongest person I have encountered and am blessed to have called a friend. She was something very very special and will always be remembered so fondly. Blessings for you and your family. Jeff and Margaret Ingle

Dear Dave, Shawn, Tami & Ryan,
After working side-by-side with Linda at CCHS for several years, I feel like I "know" all of you. I grieve with you in the loss of your wife & mother...and my dear friend. Linda had such a big heart for the kids in the classroom and also, loved you all so much. Her eyes would sparkle whenever she talked about those sweet grandkids, too! I consider myself blessed to have been allowed to share some of this earthly life with her. In the last few years, we would meet for breakfast or lunch to "catch up". I so look forward to "catching up" again with her in heaven some day!
You can count on my prayers for all of you in the days, weeks & months ahead. I am asking God to ease the loneliness and sadness by filling the void Linda left in your lives with Himself.
Much Love and Sympathy,
Nyla Velting

My son was one that benefited greatly from Linda and her love for seeing special needs children reach their potential. She was a big reason why kids in his class were so accepting of him, even though he was different than them. They have become his greatest cheerleaders and encouragers...and Linda was the start of all that! Linda was one of a kind and will be missed. Thanks for sharing her with us over here in NW Iowa!

I so appreciated Linda's service at Calvin Christian. She helped us be better teachers, especially for those who needed learning adjustments. I join the chorus of voices singing, "Well done, good and faithful servant."

Dave and family,
It was of great honor to be able to have met you both. I was very saddened to hear of Linda's passing, as she had such optimism of her treatments, but God's will is always His plan. Your love for the Lord was very evident in the way you lived so passionately for children and their commitment for success. Linda had such an infectious smile, and I enjoyed our time together very much. Please know you are in my prayers during this time of loss. May you be surrounded by your beautiful family, the comfort of God's peace, and the promise of being united once again in glory.
