I'm sending my sincere sympathy to you Marie and your family in the loss of Dale. I slways enjoyed seeing the two of you at the fun polka events in Muskegon! Although I didn't really get to know Dale it was easy to see he was a kind and loving man. I pray for blessings on all of you at this time of sorrow.

Uncle Dale, I will miss you dearly and will keep memories of you in my heart forever. Since I was a little girl, you meant everything to me. Then your girlfriend came along that became Aunt Marie. I had to give you up, a little. You were always there to keep us kids (Southwick's) entertained. We always loved playing ping pong with you.
We had fun riding motorcycles together in Colorado. When you took Ken and I riding up Pikes Peak, it was a great adventure we will never forget. You are in my heart always.
For all of the Petterson family and friends, we have a great loss of a wonderful man, husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. I've always been so proud to call you Uncle. Love you forever.

The memorial tribute was a fitting description of how I will remember my Uncle Dale. Many great memories of up north and skiing. Michael to this day says it was Uncle Dale that taught him how to ski. My family shares in your loss of a great person.
