Zendle "Zeke" Seymore, age 72, of Zeeland, passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2018.

He is survived by his children: Michael and Jennifer Seymore and Scott and Alyona Seymore; grandchildren: Jordyn Jean Seymore and Da'Vid Ashton Seymore; siblings: Larry Seymore and Judy and Gaylen Allendar; in-laws: Carilyn and Kent Mills, Terry and Mary Ann Higgins, Judy Van Tubergan and Bonnie and Jessie Lopez.

Zeke was preceded in death by his wife Sharon in August of this year.

Zeke proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He worked with his son's at the Peers Foundation for 5 years until his retirement, then he devoted his full time to caring for his beloved wife of 54 years, Sharon.

Interment with military honors will be 3:30 p.m. Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Ventura Cemetery (near the corner of New Holland and 168th Ave). www.yntemafh.com

Every time I ran into Zeke we reminisced about him being my foreman while I worked summers at Hi-Q while I was going to college. He was always fun and I enjoyed his sense of humor. He will be missed.
